Our passion is providing affordable and quality I/DD housing

Our company works with the individual, their support team and care providers to provide a home that meets the tenants needs. Our passion for serving the community was inspired by a story from the Old Testament:

— Three wanderers, in dire need of assistance, happened upon the town of Terebinth where they met Abraham. Abraham graciously invited these wanderers into his home – providing safety, shelter and nourishment and treating the wanderers with the dignity and respect all people deserve. At the end of the story, it is revealed that the three wanderers were angels. —

We believe that all people deserve access to high-quality, safe and affordable homes.

We provide high-quality homes in desirable neighborhoods, enabling our tenants to integrate into their local community. Our passion for serving the I/DD community extends beyond the home, we actively partner with advocacy groups to be a voice for our tenants.
