A custom home not only contains thousands of separate pieces, but is also one of the last manufactured items today that is literally assembled by hand, piece by piece, on-site, using over 30 separate sub-contractors and suppliers. And all of these separate pieces must come together while fighting inclement weather, material shortages and schedule conflicts of sub-contractors.
 
Over the years, Lazaro Builders has chosen the building techniques and materials that we feel provide the best quality for the best price. We have developed systems and procedures to ensure that every home we build meets our high standard.
