These are known as the “Basic Elements of Design.  Brad includes all of these elements into each and every one of his designs.  Whether you come to HBD with your own complete set of plans, or even if don’t really know the type of house you want, Brad will sit down with you and start sketching out ideas and suggest ways of making your house a true work of art that fits your specific lifestyle.  Brad has a talent for helping you to envision everything from the overall look of the house down to the smallest details.  Even during the Construction, Brad will take your ideas or even offer his suggestions for changing parts of the design, all without charging high premiums for each change.
