This will be a great opportunity to see how this rapidly evolving technology can give you an advantage. A representative will talk about their product along with how AI is changing how things get done in the homebuilding industry. ACRES Founder and CEO Carter Malloy will be discussing How is the AI landscape evolving relative to site sourcing, planning and land-use approvals and what does the future look like 1-2 years out. 


Carter Malloy leads a fast-growing team of 65 people across Acres’ land intelligence platform. Before founding Acres, Carter spent 12 years in investing, with a specialty in technology and data companies. Prior to that, he built and led businesses in sustainable fuel and internet marketing. He holds a degree in Physics from the University of Arkansas and serves on the Agribusiness Council of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.
